Village of DeForest - Make Music Day

Make Music Day is here! The Village of DeForest is participating in this global celebration. Launched in 1982 in France as the Fête de la Musique, it is now held on the same day in more than 1,000 cities in 120 countries.
 

Make Music DeForest is preformed by anyone and enjoyed by everyone! Bringing musicians and music enthusiasts of all ages and talents together throughout the community. Make Music is FREE in all ways and open to anyone who wants to participate: anyone can be a musician and anywhere can be a venue. The goal is to see music being played everywhere throughout the community.
 

Whether you sign up to be an established Make Music Day performer at a venue or play from the front porch of your home, the goal is to see music being played everywhere throughout the community.
